1. Refund Method:
– Refunds will be initiated to the customer account within 24 hours to 48 hours of the cancellation request.
2. Return Window:
– Products are eligible for return within 12 hours of delivery. Please ensure to initiate the return process within this timeframe.
3. Cancellation of Ready-to-Cook or Vegetables or Fruits:
– Ready-to-cook or Vegetables which are highly perishable items must be canceled within one hour of delivery to be eligible for a refund.
4. Refund Processing Time:
– Once the returned item is received and inspected, please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to be credited to your account.
5. Eligibility for Refunds:
– To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
6. Non-Refundable Items:
– Certain items, such as personalized goods or gift cards, are not eligible for refunds.
– Additionally, items purchased during special promotions or clearance sales are non-refundable.
7. Deductions :
– Deductions will be calculated for Delivery charges and Packaging charges.
8. Cancellation Policy:
– Orders can be canceled within one hour of placement for ready-to-cook or highly perishable items.
– Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible, and our refund policy will apply.
